So thats it. im leaving in 7 hours but my checkout is now so ill hang arond tokyo for 7 hours with these big luggages lol.

"With these big luggage" I did suggest you pack light. Remember, what you pack, you carry. Going the carry-on backpack route saves a lot of wear and tear. Use the Japanese post office to mail stuff back to yourself you don't want to or haven't the space to carry back. It's worked well for me over the years.
