30 days challenges: food - Day 15: Ramen

It has finally come, the day where I will talk about the most weel know (or at least one of the 2 most well know) Japanese dish.

Day 15: Ramen

Everyone knows Ramen. But not everyone has tasted real ones. If the Ramen you ate are "instant noodle" well it is Ramen, but, it's a world of difference from a Ramen shop's Ramen.

This Ramen was "Night Tonkotsu Ramen", no idea why it's called night, but it's a little more spicy than this shop's normal Tonkotsu Ramen, so I guess... you eat spicy food at night!
